W. Fred Stokes

| Mr. Stokes joined the Company in 1978 as Operations Manager. Mr. Stokes served as President from 1990 until he retired at the end of 2005. His experience immediate to LEEVAC was as Project Manager of Brown & Root for construction of Exxon's Production Facility. Prior experience with Brown & Root was as Assistant Fabrication Manager in London, Project Engineer for the Gulf of Mexico and Construction Manager for Morgan City Operations. Before joining Brown & Root, Mr. Stokes was the Project Engineer for European Projects with Ingram Construction. He obtained a BS Degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University in 1963 and began his engineering career at E.I. Dupont.
