Troy W. Skelton
VP of Operations

 | Mr. Skelton is the Manager of New Construction Operations, responsible for all aspects of new construction and conversion projects. Mr. Skelton joined LEEVAC in 2002 as Sales Manager. Previously, Mr. Skelton had been Manager of Sales and Logistics for HORNBECK LEEVAC Marine, Inc., from 1999 until 2002. Prior to his service at HORNBECK LEEVAC, he was the Repair Operations Manager at LEEVAC Shipyards from 1995 until 1999. Before he accepted full-time employment with LEEVAC he served in the US Army in various Infantry and Special Operations assignments where he obtained the rank of Major. Mr. Skelton is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in Public Relations and he holds a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma which he received in 1997.
