Richard Ortego

 | Richard Ortego joined LEEVAC in 2009. Mr. Ortego has 35 years experience in the marine repair industry. Mr. Ortego is General Manager of the new repair yard in Clacasieu. Mr. Ortego has served as repair manager (Bender, Bollinger) for some of the prominent repair facilities in the industry. Mr. Ortego has over the years developed relationships with Brown Water or River customer and Blue Water or Offshore customers. Mr. Ortego has developed his management skill by coming up through the ranks in the shipyard. Mr. Ortego is a Vietnam Veteran with 3 years of College studies at LSU.
