Basic Function

• Be able to pass the 2g + 3g Fluxcor/ Intershield no gas welders certification.

Organizational relationship

• The welder reports directly to the leaderman or foreman.

· Specific Responsibilities

• Always obey LEEVAC and OSHA safety rules.
• Read drawings carefully for size and type of weld.
• Work closely and cooperatively with other craft employees & supervisors.
• Be able to set welding machine without assistance for proper operation.
• Be punctual and expeditious in work habits.
• Insure a quality product.
• Always clean welds and keep work area clean.

· Physical Limitations

• Must pass pre-employment proficiency test.
• Drug screening and physical.
