Fabricate and install electrical equipment and wiring in accordance with drawings and specifications.

· Organizational relationship

The electrician reports directly to the leaderman or foreman.

· Specific Responsibilities

Be familiar with 480/208/120v Power Distribution panels, welding machines, and overhead cranes.

Always obey safety rules.

Work closely and cooperatively with other crafts.

Read drawings related to installation of electrical equipment.

Be able to operate ship and hand tools related to electrical work.

Be punctual and expeditious in work habits.

Always keep work area clean.

Insure a quality product.

· Physical Limitations

Must pass pre-employment proficiency test.

Drug screening and physical.
